Why is it a problem ? A leader's fudiciary duty is towards his people. What's wrong with that approach? India doesn't grant you citizenship, unless one parent is Indian.

Logically I understand it. But for the last 400 years anyone who is born here is considered as a Citizen. This will be a big change for immigrants if this EO stands in courts.

It's quite possible. They may even have something cooking to enact this retroactively too, if they get their way using "ex post facto" route.

It's a very good point. But we are all immigrants. I'm sure just 350 years ago, this country did not have a single white person on this soil.

That is not the case with UK, though. They were natives of that land for many centuries.
