Even before it comes to that, the original purpose of the 14th Amendment is for slaves and their offspring after the civil war. This was misused like never before in recent times both by legal non immigrants and illegals. On top of this, Barack Hussein started this presidential overreach in immigration matters like never before. Hence we are seeing these..

Then if legal and illegal immigrants are not full subjects then US law doesn’t apply to them and they should never be charged for crime or civil cases similar to diplomats. If whatever you are saying is true then US has no right to deport illegal immigrants too.

Basically this sets a dangerous precedent if SCOTUS works like what you mentioned, next or any future govt can issue EO to abolish 1,2,3 etc amendments and use their SCOTUS appointees to reinterpret the amendments and make it a law.

Row vs Wade is a case not amendment.

Full subjects kadu ante majority of the laws will apply but some laws won’t apply and some external laws of other countries apply to them ani. Unless they are 100% US subjects where all the laws apply to them citizenship ivvakoodadu ani Reps argument..
