Now people who come on deputation for 6 yrs will return back earning good amount and not wasting money buying houses etc .... go back and do regular job in India with good bank balance

Agree but this is not our country and they know how to handle Indian people. Do you think they don’t know what is the backlog? Why too many visas these days? Are there really many jobs? Forget about locals all are migrated at some point and forgot their roots.

That’s bullshit bro. They could have said that mother should prove minimum 365 days of continous residence  in this country. If birth tourism was the only problem. And even courts would have understood it. Since it’s kind of considered fraud. But that’s not the truth. Americans are feeling insecure about Chinese and Indians here.
