Mindset

CPT people are inferior to OPT. 

CPT and OPT are mocked by H1.

CPT, OPT and H1 people are mocked by Permanent residents

CPT, OPT, H1 and Permanent residents are mocked by Citizens

CPT, OPT, H1, Permanent residents and Citizens are mocked by ABCDs

Everybody mentioned above mocks H4 visa holders. 

All the above are mocked and hated by MAGA. They are still on the top. And yet some people still love MAGA batch as long as they hate other categories.
