DEI elimination outcome

Clueless people might give reasons why DEI is important but I can tell you why it is bad for Government expense. As a federal organization, Government restricts companies who can bid the contract to small company minority owned letting them quote ridiculous prices on their bids. But because of Government enforced DEI rules, we have to accept their contract. Squashing this policy alone will save millions for the federal government.

Rules could have been amended. Rather than total elimination of the concept.

The purpose of DEI is more than just money. There is a principle behind it. It's a voice that needs to be heard.

What is wrong with color blind policy? Why should color be looked at before giving contracts? I believe it is more fair to everyone if we are color blind.

You don't seem to understand the intricacies. Today, it is extremely difficult for Asian kids to get into ivy League schools, even more difficult than white kids despite having higher scores. DEI has to go only then will it be completely fair to everyone.

If they remove DEI, we will become the DEI because those positions will be taken by whites
