18 states challenge Trump's executive order cutting birthright citizenship

President Donald Trump's bid to cut off birthright citizenship is a "flagrantly unlawful attempt to strip hundreds of thousands American-born children of their citizenship based on their parentage," attorneys for 18 states, the city of San Francisco and the District of Columbia said Tuesday in a lawsuit challenging the president's executive ordersigned just hours after he was sworn in Monday.

this is the 3rd time, they're trying to do this, ? i believe they reps attempted in 2011, 2015 and now. First 2 times it was trashed down, i hope and believe it'd be the same now.
