Why is it 30 days wait? not starting from today?

what happens in 30 days? 30 days lo court has to approve it to get it amended starting feb 19th?

if court doesnt make any decision before feb 19th will it still go in to effect?

its something no one need to approve now. he gave a policy directive which unless a court blocks it will be implemented from feb20 or after

30day time is to get prepared with administrative changes, training hospitals, county staff

ippudu court block cheyakapothe and if illegal parents ki kids pudithe they wont get any benefits and basic health care needs for new born and infants. who take care of them?

Nope, u need to have a GC to get exemption

Good question… if you enter the country using EAD/AP then it will considered as an immigrant visa… and I don’t think it will fall under the category trump listed… as it’s not a temporary visa we should be good.. let experts chime in

Either of the parents needs to be a USC or Permanent Resident. Just immigrant (not a non-immigrant) "status" is not enough emo
