11_MohanReddy Posted January 21 Report Posted January 21 If you're worried after yesterday, I can share my current status and hopefully you may feel better: - I'm male 35, moves to US in 2022 - Married and Single Income ($45/Hr) - On H1b, changed employer last year, transfer initiated 7 months back, case still says "Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS". - Wife is expecting a baby in June, need to make sure I have some savings to take care of Duductibles and OOPM hence can't even afford to switch to Premium processing - Green Card/I-140 is not even initiated yet.
