exploitation is common. H1 lo Leda cheppu. Atleast using the temporary(no pathway to GC) H2 visa to get good temporary immigrants to do farm work and then send back would be ideal for labor shortages. Come /work /and leave the country. Everyone will be happy. Lots of African and even farmers from India would be happy to come here for few years and then go back with the income.

If there is no pathway to permanent residency /extention of visa, then they will eventually go. Put the burden of that to visa sponsor. Exactly like gulf countries model. You work as long as you wanted and be the slave to the visa sponsored master.
