Armanii Posted January 22 Report Posted January 22 Ordered an item thru Amazon Returned it and they sent a return UPS shipping label I went to UPS store and shipped the item and UPS tracking says item was delivered however I did not get the refund and the Amazon return tracking says item is waiting for UPS to pickup I asked Amazon for status on refund and they are says UPS did not scan the item so the amount won’t be refunded it’s 490$ kindle scribe please suggest how to proceed on this?
