Anna...his holster is tight and don't understand why he didn't put the lock on his gun....no one expects you to carry a loaded unlocked gun and roam around...it could've happened with male officers too

It is a Glock. No safety select or grip safety. You need to get a Walther ppl or bersa or Beretta or 1911 for safeties. Or a Ruger revolvers .cz , caniks , Glocks polymer pistols usually don't come with safety selection, may be there are some. My keltek polymer pmr30 comes with safety but it is not my edc.

He is carrying with a round in chamber (very dangerous, I don't risk carrying with a round in chamber).

It  appears to be a kydex inside the waist band holster. All she has to do is  pull the gun out, with her thumb resting on the holster  not the ring finger compressing on entire holster.

She is not trained for the job. Usually accidental discharges like these happen with serpa holster. I have serpas for owb style for ipsc style shooting and they are dangerous to use.. cops use special owb holsters that lock the gun in its place so criminals cannot drag them out and they practice it all the time.

Appreciate the inputs bro...never knew that some guns don't have safety lock....I always thought, except revolvers, all pistols will have safety lock...

Yes...carrying a round in the chamber is stupid...but not sure if it's by mistake or intentional...

No some carry with a round in chamber. So in case of emergency ..you are grabbing the gun and shooting right away ..

for example you got out of the car and someone hiding in the dark suddenly pulls a knife on you and charges at you...

You drag the gun and shoot at same time.. you won't be having time to round a chamber. So what he did is what people do.. he probably live in a ghetto

I was once attacked from behind by a black guy and he hit me right in the temple.. he couldn't knock me out..if he had a knife I would have been dead.... He was on drugs and hit me for just sake of violence.

..Glocks are extremely safe unlike sig p3xx

But I don't carry with a round in chamber.

Gun safety doesn't run on expectations. You need better gun training. She mishandled the weapon. I can clearly see it.

He went behind my peripheral vision and threw a calculated blow..

From that point I don't allow anyone stand behind me or approach me from an angle or blind spot or I show my back to any pedestrian  walking very close in a now crowd area..always watch my perimeter. I also carry a switch blade..switch blades are not legal in many states..
