So @jpismahatma - your whole logic is that americans are only upset to replaced but are fine if every new  IT contracting or perm jobs goes to h1bs and indians ? And this whole logic of indians taking indians applies to non-witch client managers. they dont really care indian manager in WITCH company taking an indian. Iti s expected.

Why would any company hire OPT CPT JUNK ? especially witches. They don't want to harm their reputation.

Now you got it.  Non WITCH H1B or OPTs here they dont replace americans. They apply only if there is vacant position.

Where as WITCH companies replace americans and bring  our own. With no effort to hire americans.

Yea but WITCH's hire them. WITCH are accredited vendors with clients so they have credibility. But WITCH cant fill roles fast enough as their visa rules are much stricter. And they cant pay local americans the pay they want because their main USP is lower prices so they rely on OPT/CPT in vast hordes.

If there are not so many opt/cpt then lot of these jobs either go to americans or wont exist or let witch replace them with actual worker  from offshore . 

It is this abundent supply of fake resumes which flooded american job market. Yes WITCH faciliated them but they were forced.

I dont think so. I see entire client IT division filled up with indians top to bottom . It is this that causes upset not WITCH companeis which are seen as indian companies.

Many of these contractors become employees of client also. Essentially last three years lo there was huge wave of desis joining non-IT corporates (like banks etc) in their IT division. WITCH had much smaller role to play than client IT divisions themselves (staffed with desis) and OPts.

Where is the circle ? i am telling you straight as a line that americans can see entire corporate IT division (client employees) filled with desis. And this is as much a factor than sub contracting indian firm(WITCH) that is expected to hire indians anyway.

the hate groups are not formed today. They are there from last 20 plus years. They are against displacing Americans by Indians by witch  companies . Non witch Indian  people don’t displace Americans. I am not sure what part you are not understanding. What is your immigration status ?

Hate groups are not formed in last 3 years. They are formed in early 2ks when witch displaced American citizens.

Ok i got you. Lets agree to disagree. basically you are speaking on behalf of thellas saying only replacements get their goat but otherwise they are happy to see entire floors of client IT dept filled with desis as long as they are new jobs. I am also trying to guess on their behalf that they are probably upset because of flood of desis in IT jobs in last few years thanks to surge in cpt/opt.

Blanket visas, l2, b1 and h1 visas are abused by witches. There is no count on how many blanket or b1 visas are issued officially . It’s hard for regular indians to fill IT floors. Filing of it floor happens in witch companies. Looks like you are witch. They have the problem to agree that they displace Americans and blame others who just fill vacant captions. I told racist orgs are formed when witch displaced Americans simple. There is nothing in this to disagree.
