It’s not always straight forward. In my colony in hyd, one Muslim family rented a property to setup their workshop. Stopped paying rent after 1 yr, made fake documents and occupied property. Owner got it back after fighting in court for 15 yrs. Same time another family did not agree to vacate when the owner wanted to sell the property for his daughter’s marriage. They took 5% of the property value to vacate. After these incidents, ppl stopped renting to them. It’s another factor that even ppl from same religions also resort to these. But ppl are more biased towards these. Quote

I have first hand experience with it. so, its better to be safe than sorry.. Quote
