Babies born after Feb 19 Status

EO is blocked now.. what will happen after Feb 19 if EO stays blocked till Supreme Court delivers verdict. What will be the status for new born babies in between those dates?

nothing anna, no one is implementing the EO as confirmed by DOJ to court. treat it like a Trump tweet for now. So babies will get SSN and also passports if applied

Option1: They can continue issuing passports but if Supreme Court rules next year in favor, they can revoke passports issued after feb19 unless parents GC/usc is confirmed.

Option2: They may not listen to courts, just require parents to submit GC/usc docs along with passport application for babies born after feb19. There is nothing courts can do if pres ignores them.

 

Option3: there is no injunction and EO is allowed after feb19.

I said next year when Supreme Court rules that birthright citizenship doesn’t apply to illegals and temps, they can revoke passports for babies born after feb19 unless parents GC/ USC is verified.

 

possession of passport when you are not a citizen is a crime, so you have to surrender passports if Supreme Court rules that EO is valid in future.

EO is only blocked till only Feb 5th, unless the blocking gets extended it will get implemented on 20th.

if blocking gets extended then kids will get Citizenship till it gets implemented. They can’t backtrack stuff.

Once issue chesaka revoke next to impossible if they have to apply rules I think they will change dates with rule, but are they going to issue in between anedi big question

If supreme court rules that EO is valid ( even 2 years from now for judgement ) anyone born after  feb19 to illegals and temps, is not a citizen. 
 

Passport/SSN can be revoked as easily as they are issued. I don’t know why Feb19 can’t be enforced, documents are piece of paper as good as toilet paper when citizenship is stripped.

Hope Supreme Court upholds birthright citizenship for everyone.

Otherwise pray that they keep Feb19 and don’t backdate further to 2000 or 1990.

Let’s say in 2027 Supreme Court rules that EO is constitutional. That makes kids born after feb19 non-citizens evenif they possess passport/ssn. 
 

You will voluntarily surrender those documents because falsely claiming citizenship will be another crime. 
 

The logic that once issued cannot be revoked is not correct.
