Hence they are doing damage control. Vance and musk are openly making statements that Americans should have more kids. Also, they are not going to abolish anything. H1 will survive. But only for very high skilled. They want to weed out extra. In a way they want to reduce Indian diaspora here. While also help achieve more outsourcing for big companies. Removal of H4 EAD will affect even best and brightest of H1B holders. Hence it will thrive. But there might be more H1 denials in the future. That will solve the h4 problem to some extent as well, 1 Quote
