I actually found it to be very informative. The running theme in the article seems to be exploitation - exploiting legal loopholes - sometimes outright illegal practices - this was a very revealing article.

Imagine if this was the situation in India - with people flooding it through various legal and illegal means - would you not expect Indians to react with fear or frustration? 

Some of the commentary maybe overboard - but the larger point of illegal immigration (and devious use of legal immigration) and its deleterious impact on social, civic and national fabric of a country is a very valid topic.
