Give me the stats antunna. What percentage of visitor visas are working illegally? I can also give counter argument that many h4 eads are sitting at home and not working at all. H4 ead should be issued along with h1b visa like l2 ead. That is a different discussion altogether. Multiple jobs is solely pandemic phenomenon which has died down due to lay offs and RTO requirements. That too most of the guys who I know did it were guys who got GC eads with sudden dates movement which is perfectly legal. Student visa meeda part time ante gadidha chakire. They are almost equivalent to maccus who do the low level jobs for which no Americans will compete.

Kaka you are out of touch with reality. Big companies like Deloitte Pwc also put one h1b candidate in multiple projects and make them work 60+ hours on implementation and support projects. Tell me how this is different from what consultancies and employees did. The fact is consultancies got more exposure due to greed and moonlighting.

Ee DB lo 2020 ki mundu and 2024 tarvata enta mandi multiple jobs chesanu annaro oka sari chusko. I said multiple jobs is purely a pandemic phenomenon and most of them did because they got their eads.
Big 4 doesn’t discriminate between h1bs and citizens for that matter. Sr. Manager aina partner aina you have to manage certain million dollar portfolio which is impossible if you work just 40 hours. Most of the management in these companies is white. They work for their high dollar bonuses. This is just their consulting work culture. And most of the employees who endure the management ladder get out and enter c suite roles .
