Car minimum ridership rules pettali. Minimum of 4 people are needed for the car be in road except for taxis. This will discourage single riders.

BJP always gives lot of importance to infrastructure building, even in vajpayee era.. you think gadkari can do something without modi’s approval?? No way!! Aa extra taxes and revenue anthaa ee infra building ke potundi ippudu
