Wyaat???

We paid INR 1000 for women and 1200 for men for our construction in Vijayawada - worked for nearly 8 hours.

Of course earlier it used to be Rs.100 and 10 hours of work.

Now we are getting mostly Bangladesis disguised as UP wallahs and Bihari Bhayyas.

The starting salaries in Indian software companies are around 18,000 per month. That includes CTS, L and T etc. Situation is bad. This is only after assuming the fact that you get a job as fresher. Those kids have no choice. Employment growth is terrible in India right now.
