Any president has rights to look after their own citizens not some temporary workers .. in my opinion birth right citizen should be removed for temporary workers and also also temporary workers need to pay more taxes like 50% of the income like Europe and American citizens should be free of income taxes and temporary worker wage level should be at 600 to 800k because they have some extraordinary skillset right that an American cannot do their work I am all in for accepting that H1b is temporary visa if they scrap AC21 provisions right now. Millions who have entered the country willing to settle here have this plan becoz of AC21. This is called bait and switch. Eithet fix the employment based category GCs or completely abolish the infinite extension provision. Till then I will not accept that a person who has valid i140 is temporary alien. If i140 ead was not blocked would you still call h1b temporary? Quote
