Tax filing , Beware of this

help2tax helped me file for last two years. 
Got 1RS notice for over-claiming and additional documentation,  help2tax did not respond to calls and emails on the notice, so I have to reach other tax advisors to get it resolved and pay a fine. 

They are very active when filing and not at all responsive after that. In fact, their phone lines are all shutoff and they are gone.

go to a good cpa and file for amendment with the correct returns, pay penalty and interest. next year nunchi aa waste companies ki dooram gaa undi

CPAs will do put in random numbers to get itemized and more returns than we possibly are eligible. Always beware of your situations and don’t go for itemized unless you really need to.

yep as soon as I received the notice, I reached to help2tax no answer and no reply to email. Finally got hold of them after leaving a message from new number asking for new filing offers, LOL they called back and after that they told they will help me file an amendment and no answer after that local CPA help to resolve and pay fine.

honestly you are doing wrong for your own self by hiring them again to fix it.

I had a similar issue last year and switched to lodgepro.com.au. It was way easier, and their team actually explained stuff properly without rushing through it. They sorted out my deductions and I got more refund than before. Way better experience than the usual agents who just copy info and file.
