Well that not going to happen.. it will become another Mexico.. Surely they can't use the Dollar now .. what about Oil, CNG, Border security, who is going to pay for the Military , Weapons, Land Records.. what about import's ..? what are they exporting .... ? Who pays for Hospital Bills, how do you deal with Homelessness , Drugs, Illegal Weapons...
