Faang lo multiple projects meeda simultaneously work cheyyali. Big 4 lo multiple clients ki work cheyyali. This has become the work culture if you are aiming for high salaries. Negotiate better pay before joining these companies to have some justification.

High salaries kavali but work maathram daily 2 hours undali anthe ante etta kuduruddi. daily 10 to 12 hours minimum expected if you need high salary. idi very common across Big 4 consultancies. Expected work is 12 hours daily Mon through Fri 1 PM. Usually you can take unofficial off from 1 PM Fri. This is norm. if you work this way then you will be guaranteed job for many years. Otherwise you will be in PIP and laid off.

Don't take bad people advise and do not believe them.

Delloite, PWC and EY are asshole companies which gives you 70 - 100% hike of your current salary there by depriving you of the growth opportunities in the open market, you will get meager 2 to 3% hike every year, set targets which are not easily achievable unless you stretch, will ask you to do all crappy work ir respective of your skillset.. In short these are all KATTAPPA's Factory..

True bro. I feel Deloitte worst list lo 1st untadi emo followed by EY. I’ve seen people, including my friend's wife, who was on an H4 visa, H1 ki convert ayyi working full-time at PwC and they never really complained and cool annaru. May be stress anedi subjective emo but so far deloitte antha lucha company culture chudaledhu nenu oka contract chesa vallatho.. Expectations and pressure pichi peaks untadi. 8/10 people say its not worth working for deloitte and not sure how people sustain and enjoy working for years there.
