Why can't like-minded individuals who share your perspective come together to form a forum to advocate for your cause, meet with congressmen, and voice their struggles? What is preventing this from happening?

In this radicaized environment?? With $iller in charge? I am better off settling in a different country than educating and fighting closet racists.

this would have technically moved the ead filing to post i140 approval rather than waiting till dates becoming current. Yes. Dependency on H1b and employer would have been removed which was precisely the intent of the EO.

This is worst, market would have been bad if it passed

we at IT serve made sure that we have quality h1s on market and competitive si that we can hold accountable as employers

Days of radicalizing and thinking immigration benefit is a birth right rather than a privilege is long gone. Sorry for your situation but that’s what it is. I don’t think situation will change anytime soon (if it ever does). Atleast this will bring in opportunities for local stem graduates , with less flooding of foreign workers into the market. I wonder what the impact would have been if that I-140 EAD had become a reality. The job market might have ended up resembling Canada’s, possibly fueling greater resentment among the local population. @kevinUsa

Business opportunities perigevi and could have boosted economy tremendously and helped locals with many jobs. our community would have gotten lot of respect for paying much higher business taxes.

Indentured servitude would have ended. Job mobility ensures no one is underpaid. The problem is not h1b employee but the employers greed to keep the employee without any huge pay rise. Inka IT serve ni support cheytam bandh chey. Lekunte nuvvu kuda ma andari oosuru poskuntav.

Avanni taruvatha. Just.Gray's decision in US vs Wong Kim Ark was what led to "jus soli" concept aka birthright citizenship.

But originalist interpretation of 14th Amendment has a different story to tell. It was never intended for everyone, which was why even natives, after being born in the US and switching sides to US, still didn't get citizenship till 1924.

If current SCOTUS were to support originalist interpretation of 14th Amendment, things change radically.

Idhi kakunda H1B suppressing market wages, displacement of American workers , DEI implementation ilanti 🐂 💩 chala unnayi. First Avi address avvali kadha.
