agreed. They call themselves service based companies so they don’t need to do any R&D. They make a lot of money and hopefully trump puts a nail in their coffin.

But they are misleading too. Every Witch company has R&D Dept in theory and they lot of work on the paper. 
They get huge profits on Services but claim tax rebates on their Research depts …

Thats the problem and no Govt can fix this issue

All rules exist but no one follows them. Everyone takes exceptions.

Imagine the power of these biggies in India. No State or Central Govt can touch them. In fact most civil servants do not understand how software exports industry works.

On a side note, even though Witch companies in India evade taxes themselves, they are making software coolies pay billions as taxes.

Also the people at the top, like investors reap bigger benefits.

So who can touch Witch companies?
