point here is not abt illegal parents or legal.....ee culture chaala dangerous. Manam andarm legals so not an issue anukovadhu...eventually ah thella kids will start bullying every brown kid...they dont know who is legal or illegal. All they care is whether they are from here (thella/nalla) or outsiders. So kids are not safe...elementary varaku ok, but middle to high lo huge bullying start avthadi.

Now, a 3 year old would know that her father/mother is undocumented. Hence, they cannot attend the school. Even if that kid happens to be a US citizen?..

This is for schools and they should introduce fee in schools as well if parents are not GC or citizen that’s better 

for universities plan is follow the same, if parents GC or citizen less fee and if parents on visa then more fee like international students even of kids are citizen
