Look at facts , dont do fear mongering. Nuvvu baaga bj iche tellolu are not willing to do state fulltimes as they have very low salaries . Antha tech vachinollu they are thinking we can more money else where . I know this for a fact . So koncham ucha aapukondi. Every state IT dept is finding it hard to get good candidates who are willing to settle for less.....

There may be 10% of H4 EAD who are genuinely talented and they deserve it. 90% of them fake resume and jobs as BA, QA, TAbleau dev or python dev and some desi mgr recommendation, fake resume and training to getting job. 

what you are not realizing is that these people actually are replacing genuine H1s and Masters students who are more capable. Even H1 guy has visa restrictions, the H4 ead folks they can fake anything and get into any job. 

i'm not advocating that H4 ead should be removed, just stating that its insanely abused more abused than H1 and F1

Agreed. Aa 10% kooda people who has issues with H1 or people who couldn’t get H1 due to lottery ee untaru. H4 EAD can work in McDonald’s as staff. What kind of dumb policy is that.

Sure. But h4 ead isn’t limiting them to certain fields.

H4 EAD the way it was designed was bound to be abused, and it was a terrible act that was rolled out by the Obama administration.

I mean how else would you explain something as asinine as requiring no guardrails where a H4 EAD can work in any job for any wage, while the provision to get a H4 EAD itself is dependent on someone having a H1B visa that requires a minimum wage and can't be working in whatever industry they prefer.

Obama administration is the one that fcuked up this whole H4 EAD program to begin with.
