it does not need any explanation from govt. 

already crores of people using whatsapp having full details given to it like phone number, aadhar no, address etc. they freely send these details in whatsapp to all family members. so not a concern. anduke brainles thread annadi.

First meta will not have access for data, it is only interface to transfer data 

I work with meta bots where it act as interface but at backend we run  LLM and api to handle data
