Joker_007 Posted January 31 Report Posted January 31 looks like too much kaka... a Black Hawk helicopter colliding with a plane in Washington, D.C. at night, under clear weather conditions, could result from a combination of low visibility, communication or coordination breakdowns, pilot error, or misjudgment of flight paths. Factors like air traffic control issues or a mechanical failure could have contributed. The risks are heightened by D.C.'s dense airspace, potential no-fly zones, and the complexity of military aircraft operations in urban environments. We have this many things to cover... Most of the experts thinking it is air traffic control issue rather than the mechanical failure... Quote
