No, they are not sending everyone to home country. Serious criminals will end up in Guantanamo permanently.

Others that get deported to home country, I don’t think there is any benefit attempting to re enter. Border is sealed, even if you get in no one will employ, if you break the law there is fear of Guantanamo, no birthright citizenship to kids even if you start a family somehow.

Better to find another country to leech on.
