As for me, we got an update that IT and some other functions will still operate remote. Reasons is little attrition and real estate costs and work not getting impacted. How do you feel? Quote

The day I work onsite is the day I work the least…coffee breaks, lunch sessions…socializing…attending an in person meeting in a meeting room… It’s a solid 45 min commute one way…but it’s refreshing. The only day I get to wear smart casuals..wake up early, get ready, grab breakfast..commute..and most importantly gossips and chit chat… 1 9 Quote

jpismahatma Posted January 31 Report Posted January 31 Stopped going to office from that day in march 2020. I hardly work few hours(efficiency through experience) . Meetings kill me. Overall keep me busy through out the day. It will not be different if I go onsite. I might not want to go to office for next few years. Once 50s kicks in , I would like to go to office . Quote
jaathiratnalu2 Posted January 31 Report Posted January 31 Let me give my experience before Covid I used to like interact with people , intersted in socializing with people after Covid, I hardly meet people though they are all my old colleagues, I myself feels that , I have been isolated by my self . Not interacting with socially I feels that I lost lot of information in office , which could be find that what’s going on with current status in terms of projects, promotions and other things please note that I hav worked remotely hardly one year only. It’s almost 4 yrs iam going to office (3 days a week) , still situation is same. I want to overcome this … Quote
