Don't give them

a sugar place lo fresh fruits like honeydue, grapes, blueberries ivu

or make a shake with milk and tell them it's sweets

Replace yogurt with greek yogurt, rice with hand pounded rice and milk with unsweetened almond milk(with pea protein powder for protein).....You will avoid the effect of 10 lb sugar bag every year n your body.
