In a way, H1-B is modern day slavery. It needs to be reformed so the visa holder is not tied to an employer and can get market wage. H1-B reform will benefit Indians. I don't think they can do away without it.

Completely agree. Both the major parties in this country using immigration in their own way for political benefits, not good for this country. H1B reform kavali so do the number of F1s, illegals etc. But oka president ila matladithe, it gives wings to racist people.
