Recently came to know another hustle by h4 ead employees. They are preferring c2c and vendor pays to employer but employer not running pay stubs because candidate is on h4 ead. So employee getting 90% of pay and no taxes at all.

Business registered within country pays less tax. Think about the tax breaks they get by registering outside.
