If there is a new cm , it would most certainly be uttam due to high command backing or srinivasa reddy due to money power and cadre . Komatireddy brothers lost chance after the bjp defection . Quote

Uttam is Kcr's pr0xy. Srineevasa reddy and Thummala were supposed to join BJP before last polls with Amit Shah attending the event. It all got scrapped in the last minute and they joined Congress.
