T.N rural is much more developed than mh rural.

Some areas of eastern T.N from below south arcot to ramanathapuram are underdeveloped but the population density here is low.

all these states get their gdp hiked by cosmopolitan cities built by Britishers/muslims which developed into tier-1 cities from foreign investment in present day. Most shithole regions in these states remained as shitholes still especially in central india ,MH ,gujarat ,nill rural development.
