Evadu eedu rasindhi? Vededho TV5 venakata Kitta lagunnadu. 😆

L1 has nothing to do with USMCA. First in accuracy. Second dhi, Asalu lepesedattu aithe USMCA ne direct ga touch chesevadu Tatah. But if he does that, the EO will be contested in arbitration. His intention is different. Either to outright buy Canada for wholesale cheap price for all its resources or force Canada to open up protected areas of trade such as supply management, and force a union like EU. This is just start of it. The drugs and immigration is just an excuse.

Mexico part gets interesting. Will have to see what Tatah asks Mexico.

Anna...the guy knows what he's talking about...he seems to be an immigration attorney...

For Canadians, applying for an L1 visa is significantly easier compared to other nationalities because they can apply directly at the US border upon entry, bypassing the need for a separate visa interview at a consulate, and can often receive immediate approval due to the USMCA agreement, whereas other nationalities typically need to go through a more complex application process at a US embassy or consulate first; the core requirements for the L1 visa itself remain the same for all applicants, however.

Untill Tatah opens discussion on USMCA or NAFTA 2.0, TNs will not be touched. This far he didn't state anything about it at all.

Tatah whole idea is grabbing Canada, meaning more integration than existing one. Doing the reverse will not help with that.

That doesn't void their L1 by default. Canadians do the same for H1B.  You can activate them at PoE. Both the visas are not part of USMCA. Which is why, I think this guy is Venakata Kitta, distant cousin.
