This puts a lid on billing rates/salaries. Instead of spending too much time on updating technologies, better spend time on your passion and generate income from it. Quote

lucky7 Posted February 3 Report Posted February 3 Majority clients going for SAAS Solutions, like Databricks Snowflake, inka Snaplogic , Five Tran, matallian ..etc inka konni years developement nadusthayi. in our team all are moving to ELT instead of ETL. Just dumping the data into SF and running stored procs there. ETL is gone case emo only ELT now There are many clients still using DataStage and Informatica for their ETL work. But maximum development n production support anta offshore or witch companies ye. Any Suggestions welcome. TIA 1 Quote

There are ways. You can join a GC friend, setup company on wife's(H4EAD) name etc. You are willing to work for a company in a field which is becoming overcrowded but not willing to invest in yourself.
