Some unethical vendors from India are demanding money from students and job seekers by threatening to report them to ICE, USCIS, and their university for small or false mistakes in their resumes. They use these threats to scare people and force them into unfair deals. Given these concerns, our management has decided to notify USCIS, ICE, and your university's Designated School Official (DSO) to ensure they are informed of potential visa violations OPT EAD and date of birth We have conducted a thorough verification with your employer concerning the background check, visa, and employment history. They assured us that all information provided is legitimate; however, it appears they may have attempted to mislead us.
