Dont buy ..dallas weather is worst. Sand..hot.. chilly..worst.. miami naples are best

Austin, Phoenix, Houston. Schools districts bagundi, desis move ayye places aithe fomo candidates vastharu kabatti demand is going on, but thats a small proportion. I'm sure it could be the same situation if you go to south Dallas or Fort worth. Dont take Melissa, little elm, Celina or Mckinney as gold standard for housing.

get ready for more housing market pain, less spending and more layoffs ante everything will be down including house prices, but there will be less people who will buy, classic low demand and high supply avutundi in the next 1-2 years
