It would be if he used Fake Passport or Forged Documents or used Illegal channels to migrate to other act.. Immigration ACT edo undi kaka... but most the times they would be let go...Asking them to report to nearest Police Station works as deterrent for copy cats..

yeah..actually ga vallani jail lo petti (for entering illegally) ..for a few years .appudu deport cheyali ..but jail lo petti malli poshichali..so better to deport them.

criminals vunnaru deport ayina vallalo .. so vallani direct intiki pampisthey ela ?
