Okay.. lets put a condition that he needs to report to nearest police every week for next 2 years...

It would be if he used Fake Passport or Forged Documents or used Illegal channels to migrate to other act.. Immigration ACT edo undi kaka... but most the times they would be let go...Asking them to report to nearest Police Station works as deterrent for copy cats..

everyone is innocent until proven guilty...fake passport case pettali first and then fir file ayyaka further action judge will decide....anthe kaani oorkane police station ki occhi santakam pettamante 10gey mantaaru public...

if indian government is serious they should arrest the agents who are arranging for the travel to us/europe/uk.
