biggest prob with Amaravathi is people of that region dont live there or have already established themselves and the next gen in hyd, usa and the next gen will not return to that region only their mamakaram to their home land but practically they do not want to come or live in Amaravathi except for Sankrathi week.

The demand itself is so unnatural. Chandigarh kuda master planned city, but even after 50 years, its still a small city with a very high per capita, and preferred location in north for retired people from govt to srytle down. Anthe thappa commerical activity ivala kuda emi ledu. .

vizag lo chaduvukunna vadu evvadu undatam ledu samara, if you see all those skyrises and modern apartment complexes in New north vizag area all are retired central govt employees whose kids are in USA. Andhra has been a brain drain state..
