I know, what it costs in Khammam and Suryapet. I also brought properties there. 

Khammam has become expensive because of remittance monies. Moat of Khammam youth are either in US or in Bengaluru and Hyderabad.  It's also very well connected to Hyderabad, Rajahmundry, Vijayawada.

Suryapet is more affordable compared to Hyderabad and is directly on NH65. Both have stable populations that keep growing unlike Amaravathi. 

Upscale apartments in Khammam cost over 1.5 crores and villas over 2 crore.There are affordable lands towards Wyra, and towards Suryapet as well. Much better proposition over Amravathi. 

Khammam has Munneru and the area that sunk was very little just a bit on the banks of Munneru and the area that's constructed occupying tank bund/lakaram. That's it. It's not even 20% of the total area of Khammam. Amaravathi CRDA 's  over 80% area was drowned in Budameru flood. The satellite maps clearly showed it and World bank have raised concerns over it.

Jagan clearly told NO separate Telanagana. Even prajarajyam took United Andhra Stand. That would have left out Dora's party. Baboru gave a letter citing no objections for formation of Telagana and then provoked legislators in TDP and Congress to resort to antics in Parliament to stop Telangana formation. Because of this Andhra lost its chance of getting a good bargain. Instead of pepper spraying and doing street drama a strong negotiation would have gotten special status grant clause inserted into the division bill. But no, Baboru wanted this athi and then took double U turn.  I can write more. But I will pause my case here.

What letter are you talking about? Share it. Jagan never supported bifurcation. Baboru gave 'no objection' officially. That's the truth.

If TDP took no bifurcation stand, Centre wouldn't have dared to split the state. It's plain truth. Except BJP and Congress,  no other party in Andhra wanted split. Even Dora didn't want it back in the day. All he wanted was political relevance.
