all mineral resources are moved out of khammam but development nothing when compare. How someone select khammam or suryapet. Can take example of kodad. Once hwy moved far from kodad, it downgraded. Due to greenfield hwy, same happens to suryapet. 
 

Also you can ask people who travel from suryapet to hyd, how much traffic increased and cost of toll gates are high. If we talk it’s a big topic. End of the day, people buy in their natives or hyd/amarvathi. No security for land these days.
Lot more time for Amaravati to develop, so, all aged people spending more money and moving to hyd. That’s reality. Future will be Amaravati once it pickup movement. 

Everything is hype in Telangana’s real estate. Frankly over rated govt price on land and market causing people’s saving burned down.

vizag is other side of states. That’s the drawback else people may prefer Vizag instead Amaravati. 
If Jagun comes to power in next terms and consider Vizag as state capital then politrics will awake and state may split again. Who knows.

 

1. Many trains stop in Khammam. That Includes super fast trains including vandebharat. Duration will be between 2-5 minutes. Old highway route had potholes for some 30 km stretch but that's fixed long time back. It's alright. I drove from Hyderbad to Kakinda via Khammam very recently. Andhra roads are bad relatively speaking. 

2. Bus stand lo dabbulu thinesaremo but connectivity wise khammam still has better connectivity to Hyderbad by buses. I used to see a lot of buses in JBS to Khammam.

3. Amravathi is a non existent city. I don't think it will even come close to Hyderabad ever. Even for it to come close to Khammam is a pipe dream in next 5 years.  Except TDP govt. propping nothing much on ground for it. Vizag and Tirupati , even Kakinda has upper hand over Amaravathi any day. 

4. State won't split again. Jagan will simply contain Amravathi and move to Vizag and Vizag already attracts a lot of people from India. Even TDP investors will move to Vizag. It's just that tad greedy ones in RE looking for 1000x returns want Amravathi as Vizag won't offer similar returns. But that will not happen, as Andhra people are not that dumb as Hyderabadis from early 90s. They simply don't go and buy at those fancy prices, as they see no point as ROI is very less. Any Andhrite EG/WG/Krishna given a chance will prefer Hyderabad over Amravathi any given day. Vizag and Tirupati will take the next two spots.

Acceptable to All without injustice ante, Separate Telagana ani kadhu. Aa time lo multiple options mull chesthunnaru. Baboru very clear ga ' yes to Telangana ' no objection annaru. If Baboru said NO, then no question of Telagana. Antha sahasam chesedhi kadhu Congress.

Why are you bringing CBN when you yourself saying he supported tg formation 

Tell me based on jaggad letter is he for United ap or TG

Jagan in his letter DID NOT give consent to Telagana formation. Adhi clear. Acceptable solution for all annadu anthe. It's very clear to infer.

I don’t understand what you are trying to prove. I think you didn’t get my point and talking about many buses from jbs station. Do you know Telangana and Andra will split? Jagun vachi Vizag capital cheyyali ani getti anukunthunnaru anukunta.  
You say buy in suryapet or khammam at peak price where there is no growth. Okay amarvathi is a waste land . Suryapet is having gold mines? For the prices?  That’s means sense with gold mines and minerals

Define growth. Khammam and Suryapet have stable populations and are growing according to their natural cycles. The way I see them, eventually, people from North may relocate to these places as well due to the interconnected trade routes shortage of labour(it's already happening). Amaravathi doesn't have the population, only hype and projected capital expenditure, that too based on loans. Even then it's NOT going to be stable. First point according to me when I buy something is, does it retain value? Forget growth for a moment. I say Khammam and Suryapet checks 'yes'. Amaravathi 'No.'

 

To sum it up: Hyd>Vizag>Khammam>Suryapet>>>>>Amaravathi.
