always be polite in office conversations despite what you feel, you will gain nothing by being rude where as you will gain a good amount of goodwill just by being polite when the other party is being rude/obnoxious

no one cares for technicality, there are 1000s in the market looking for job and find many from FAANG who are looking for ion now. We just hired 2 FAANG and let go current ones because of their attitude and they have been on company for 15+ years and they own 100% application still they are down and dusted!
