At best Tukkuguda can be another Kukatpully Miyapur kind of area as the area surrounding it is very underdeveloped and there is no high end employment center close by like financial district or neopolis or gachibowli like Kokapet has..

Tariffs cut chesi kooda adhi achieve cheyyochu. You can simply subsidize them in one way or other. You can also promote it to Citizens by making them eligible to avail tax deductions, if they bought something made in India.
