Surprising that Kforce is willing to do a H1 for a Java developer… kallu musukuni thiskoo.. they will have plenty of roles.. long term roles too as they have good relations with the clients… if not, you can always go for h1 transfers by looking for a better full time role later Quote

nvssr Posted February 7 Report Posted February 7 I worked for Kforce - they are good with immigration matters - epdu unna situation ki pick aythe pakka approve avthadi ( provided job undali till October - check project end date and extension) - bayata kastame with layers - negotiate good billing as well. Usually they hold long term contracts and 1 interview tho job vasthadi next contracts. They will also do GC immediately after H1B starts. I strongly recommend going with them. Quote

Let them sponsor H1B once it got approved file a transfer with another vendor immediately... By that time you will have some experience and money on your hand... Quote
