there is 25 to 30% correction in market, 1cr apartments price advt are going for 75 lakhs in offline negotiations. This info is from direct purchaser. Land prices are huge correction, where is over inflated and hyped. Cashflow very less, investment money non-existent these days. People who are desperate needs for buying are buying, desperate for selling are selling. 

It will be like this forever, gone are days gone was realestate hype.

Realestate was uncontrollable in telangana because of cashcow project money siphoned into market, you name any project last 10 yrs, 20% of it diverted to market. Its not going to happen now. People are blind and many are in denial mode still, not accepting changed reality.

Every project from Modi is under super scrutiny, FRBM, GST - all are regulatory and compliant to fiscal discipline.

Todalu kodithe sumo lu egire rojulu poyayi, slowly all top elites are understanding, hence market correction.

In near future, all prices will be in middle class, high middle class in reach around big cities.

Depends - what location and price range? 

All luxury apartments rates are to the roof. You are sitting on good profit already...if no plan to live, sell now ( builder will find, why pay registration charge?) and move to next investment

very small % if you look at overall market and availability, this top 5 to 10% is always there anyways, no surprises.

It’s all depend on location and community. Keep in market and you will understand the situation. If you capture best market price then keep sold board or post another thread

2023 if you paid all cash for pre launch offer , you do get... Not 3 bed room ..

Only luxury apartments are commanding a premium and then reputed gated communities.

Cash lo konte, unchukovachu. But try putting it up for sale and see what you get.  EMI lo konte ammeskovadam better.
