This info is from direct purchaser. Land prices are huge correction, where is over inflated and hyped. Cashflow very less, investment money non-existent these days. People who are desperate needs for buying are buying, desperate for selling are selling. It will be like this forever, gone are days gone was realestate hype. Realestate was uncontrollable in telangana because of cashcow project money siphoned into market, you name any project last 10 yrs, 20% of it diverted to market. Its not going to happen now. People are blind and many are in denial mode still, not accepting changed reality. Every project from Modi is under super scrutiny, FRBM, GST - all are regulatory and compliant to fiscal discipline. Todalu kodithe sumo lu egire rojulu poyayi, slowly all top elites are understanding, hence market correction.
