Yes, they are offering this finance offer, but homes are super small. The reason you go to Mountain House is for the yard. The lot sizes are 2500 Sq. Ft and homes are 1800-1900 Sq ft. One of my friends bought a home there. 

Still not worth the price tag. Wait for prices to drop at least another 100-150k.

Tracy Houses not selling. multiple price cuts. Some are on the market over 100 days. Builder offer new homes for rent because no buyers. 
Houses overpriced and middle of nowhere, outskirts of Tracy. High interest rates. Fire danger, home insurance cancelling. RTO, no interest from Bay Area employees. Anti immigration sentiment H1B fear. Wait for panic selling

inka taggutay anatava uncle..house I think 2000 sqft is decent maree peddaga waste..lot atleast 5000 above unte better

Last week tracy hills velthe other side of 580 néw community building..many people checking model houses..

Some are buyers for investment purpose, mostly below 700k. 
 

1M petti akkada purchase buyers leru. Motham padiddi chudu, mortgage underwater velthayi, people added adu on top of it.

Oka 2 months apuko uncle... inka manchi deals vastai .. Check their lakeshore community that has bigger lots. Finance offer akkada isthe teesko.

If it's your primary home and your financial support, go for it.

A friend bought 2nd home recently. Unable to rent his old home since Nov. Rents are dropping too. With rising insurance eating into profits, it becomes difficult to hold these homes for longer.
