• సరస్వతి పవర్ లోని తమ షేర్లను విజయమ్మ, షర్మిల అక్రమంగా బదిలీ చేసుకున్నారంటూ జగన్ పిటిషన్
• కౌంటర్ దాఖలు చేయడానికి సమయం కావాలని ట్రైబ్యునల్ ను కోరిన విజయమ్మ, షర్మిల
• తదుపరి విచారణను మార్చి 6కి వాయిదా వేసిన ట్రైబ్యునల్

సరస్వతి పవర్ కంపెనీలో తన పేరు మీద, తన భార్య భారతి, క్లాసిక్ రియాలిటీ పేరు మీద ఉన్న షేర్లను తన తల్లి విజయమ్మ, సోదరి షర్మిల అక్రమంగా బదిలీ చేసుకున్నారని వైసీపీ అధినేత జగన్ ఎన్సీఎల్టీ (నేషనల్ కంపెనీ లా ట్రైబ్యునల్)లో పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేసిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. హైదరాబాద్ లోని ఎన్సీఎల్టీలో గత ఏడాది ఈ పిటిషన్ జగన్ వేశారు. ఈ పిటిషన్ ను ఈరోజు ఎన్సీఎల్టీ విచారించింది. 

అయితే కౌంటర్ దాఖలు చేయడనికి తమకు సమయం కావాలని విజయమ్మ, షర్మిల తరఫు న్యాయవాది ట్రైబ్యునల్ ను కోరారు. దీంతో తదుపరి విచారణను మార్చి 6కి ట్రైబ్యునల్ వాయిదా వేసింది. 

పిటిషన్ వివరాల్లోకి వెళితే... సరస్వతి పవర్ ఇండస్ట్రీస్ లో తనకు 51.01 వాటా ఉందని జగన్ పిటిషన్ లో పేర్కొన్నారు. భవిష్యత్తులో షర్మిలకు షేర్లను బదిలీ చేసేలా 2019 ఆగస్ట్ 31న ఒప్పందం చేసుకున్నట్టు తెలిపారు. అయితే తనకు తెలియకుండానే, బదిలీ ఫారాలు, డాక్యుమెంట్లు, సంతకాలు లేకుండానే షేర్లను బదిలీ చేసుకున్నారని చెప్పారు. ఇది కంపెనీ చట్టానికి విరుద్ధమని చెప్పారు. షేర్ల బదిలీని రద్దు చేసి తమ పేరిట ఉన్న 51.01 శాతం షేర్లు యథావిధిగా కొనసాగేలా ఆదేశాలు ఇవ్వాలని ట్రైబ్యునల్ ను కోరారు.
